1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The AI Persona Method ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to this site and related sub-domains and digital training products, communities, and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Site or Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase the Services. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Purchases & Payment Processing

Payments process securely through GoHighLevel (transmitting to Stripe), Stripe, or PayPal. All prices listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. You authorize charging your payment method for the total amount shown, including applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, Services, and all original content, features, and functionality are exclusive property of The AI Persona Method or its licensors, protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Portfolio Rights

The vendor retains non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide rights to display, reproduce, and distribute designs or deliverables in portfolios, websites, publications, and exhibits for promoting its work. Vendor retains copyright and authorship credits.

6. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (1) reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute Services without written consent; (2) use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes or violations of law; (3) attempt unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or connected systems.

8. Fulfillment & 30-Day Satisfaction Policy

Services are digital-only; no physical goods are shipped. Within 5 minutes of successful payment, you receive a receipt and login credentials via email. If emails don't arrive within 30 minutes, check spam first, then contact Support.

Request full refunds within 30 calendar days of purchase if Services don't meet expectations. Email support@aipersonamethod.com with subject "Refund Request – [Order #]" and include your checkout email address. Refunds process within 2 U.S. business days; expect 5–10 business days for bank posting. Requests after 30 days cannot be honored.

Refunded accounts lose Service access immediately. Cancel recurring plans before the next billing date via dashboard or email Support. Cancellation stops future charges and ends access at the current term's end. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Persona Method, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits arising from Site or Service use.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct violating these Terms or harmful to users. Sections surviving termination include 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Wyoming and U.S. law without conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are resolved exclusively in Wyoming state or federal courts, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify Terms anytime. Material changes receive 30 days' notice via Site posting or email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
